Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping and Handling is a flat $12.95 fee.  MYOB members are not charged for S&H.  Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of order being received.  With the exception if something is out of stock and that will be communicated to the customer with an updated timeline.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping and handling is priced at a flat rate of $12.95. Mind Your Own Business (MYOB) members receive free shipping. Orders will be shipping within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If a product included in the order is out of stock, the customer will be notified of an updated timeline.

IN-STORE PICKUP

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Allure by Injector Beth 1380 SW Vintage Parkway Suite 209/Rm 102 Ankeny, IA 50023. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 5 business days. We will notify you when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not offer international shipping.

 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Beth@injectorbeth.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
